What a Journey!
It is an absolute privilege to be enjoying a career spanning over 30 years in the Experiential Hospitality Industry. While I have cherished the journey thus far, there is much yet to be done.

As the industry has evolved, so, too, have I. I began my career in 1995 and in 2003, my incredible Team and I formed the first true third-party Management company exclusively serving this vibrant industry. This in turn was the springboard for entering the Brokerage world, as well as Development, Consulting and now, Park Model and Cottage manufacturing.
When I sold Horizon Outdoor Hospitality Group in 2020, this allowed me to focus on Brokerage and Consulting, as well as the formation of EVOLVE Lodging. EVOLVE is an innovative company providing site-built accommodations, Park Model home manufacturing and sales, modular construction, full FF&E procurement, CapEx construction, and full resort construction.

While I continue to learn every day and focus on opportunities, I am also reminded every day this is a journey best shared among friends and colleagues who share similar commitments to 'business done right'. When people and companies share an ethic that believes in The Golden Rule, great things are possible. When the journey is the destination, what a journey that is for all involved.

We do not broadcast your requirements to hundreds of lenders and hope for the best; we learn about your project first, then introduce you to our preferred partners. We can also consult on putting your best face forward to these lenders. It's all about relationships.

Because of our alliance with Horizon Outdoor Hospitality Group, we provided unique operational insights into underwriting and operational pivots. Over $200M in transaction volume.

Rejoined Board 2022. Served from 2006-2008 previously, working with fellow Board members to transition the Association into a new focus, centered on elevating the outreach to consumers and Supplier Members. Between AZ ARVC and CAMP Cal, a total of 17 years of volunteer service to industry associations.
WHAT NEXT?
COLLABORATION AND CONVERSATION
I have been extremely fortunate to have formed and been part of many Teams who, together, have achieved great success. I've also made more 'mistakes' than I could ever hope to count. That's the fun part. Sometimes when you try something it just doesn't work like you thought it would. That doesn't mean you stop innovating. Ever. All that means is you learn, analyze, apply the lessons, and re-invent. Again and again, until it works.

Let's talk about your vision, your company, and brainstorm together. Collaboration is key; none of us know everything, but all of us know something. Every great business started with an idea, and I believe that when you can share with others and not 'go it alone', that is where truly great (and fun) things happen. It takes a Team mentality to move those mountains, and you never know where your Team members may come from!
